Text of Complaint by Ashish malviya:

On 28/09/2023 at 4:00 AM, I had a confirmed booking for a car rental with the reservation number [JPSNIKRX2], but unfortunately, the keys of the car were unavailable inside the car.

I would like to bring to your attention the following issues:

Booking Confirmation: I received a confirmation email and SMS for my reservation, leading me to believe that the car would be ready for pickup as scheduled.

Lack of Communication: There was no prior communication or notification from Zoomcar about the unavailability of the booked vehicle. Such information in advance would have allowed me to make alternative arrangements without any hassle.

Inconvenience and Losses: As a result of the unavailability of the car . All my plans were cancelled and I had high losses in my money & time in the morning from 4 AM to 6:30 AM., which resulted in financial losses due to last-minute cancelled plans . Moreover, it caused significant inconvenience and stress.
