Sir/ Madam, on 12th of July I booked 03 bus tickets of 09.45 p.m. through City Land Travels from Paytm App. i.e. from Bhuntar, Himachal Pradesh to Delhi (Bus Ticket attached) but on that day the bus got cancelled due to occurance of the landslide and as per conversation with the agent of City Land Travels whose mobile no. is 9736003170 provided by the City Land Travels agents whose numbers are 9899151311 & 9990565420, he said that the amount will be refunded by the Paytm and no need to worry. So, as per his assurance, I booked a cab with other random travellers from Bhuntar to Delhi as i have to reach Delhi on tuesday morning to join office. And on the same day i have complained to Paytm regarding the incident in 24*7 help. But till date today is 21/07/2021 its more than a week the Paytm is not refunding my amount i.e. Rs. 4214.70/- neither they are giving any favourable response and i have complaint plenty of times in their 24*7 help and not getting any positive response.
Sir/ Madam, Rs. 4214.70/- is a big amount for a middle class person. Please help me in this situation as the Paytm is neglecting my issue.
