i am travelling in the bus 01/09/2023 at emergency . but the ac is not working she still charge my ac ticket . the company employee does not pick up any call .the company is totally fraud . my ticket no is TS9W27664789. THEY WASTE MY TIME ALSO FOR STAOPPAGE AT EVERY POINT. THE LED IS ALSO NOT WORKING .
