I am Rajendra with Subscriber ID 1441964069 and purchased annual TV package as per recommendation of Tata Play representative on 28-July-2023. As per the offer she mentioned I got the 13 month cash balance deposited in my account balance. However after 2-3 days someone wrongfully removed this 140 – 150 Rs extra balance added as per offer of 13 month free for 12 month subscription. I am CHEATED by this action of reducing my balance sometime around 31-July. Secondly annual subscription of 28-July 2023 should have end date of 27-July-2024 but it is wrongly showing 21-July-2024. Please note I bought annual subscription means for 1 year and not for 360 days (1 year means 365 or 366 days) Please correct this date to 27-July-2024
