Dear Sir/Madam
Please Refer my repeated request through phone calls\email\INGRAMM
1. INGRAMM Grievance no. 7327681 Dt.27.06.2025.
2. INGRAMM Grievance no. 7354984 Dt.03.07.2025.
3. My Email Dated 28.06.2025 (8.38 PM) from my mail id 036ajitsingh@gmail.com
4. My Email Dated 27.06.2025 (10.01 PM) from my mail id 036ajitsingh@gmail.com
5. Several Phone calls. (The recordings of the same are saved in my phone).

I am writing again to process my refund of 09 transactions dated 21.09.2025 where the amount for Rs.25560/- (2840*9=25560) was deducted from my bank account and credited to Amazon, but I surprised to see this Amazon has denied receiving the payment despite written confirmation from my home branch (Copy Enclosed) and after giving the proof of the screen shot of beneficiary details through INGRAM and my mail date 03.07.2025.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter through Amazon customer service. I have not received a satisfactory response. Despite, Amount was credited to Amazon the denial of the credited amount is causing me significant inconvenience, financial distress and mental harassment.

Supporting Evidence: –
1.The above said several request/complaints raised by different mode.
2.Written confirmation by my SBI home branch.
3. My Bank statement provided through my mail dated 27.06.2025(10.01 PM).
4. Screen Shots which have already shared with Amazon.

Request for Resolution:
1. Immediate acknowledgment of the credited amount and process the refund.
2. A written explanation regarding the delay in resolving this issue.
3. Compensation for the inconvenience caused and mental harassment due to this discrepancy.

Please treat this matter with urgency, as it involves a financial transaction and my trust in your platform. I expect a response as soon earliest as possible. If the issue remains unresolved, I will be compelled to escalate this matter to the consumer grievance cell or other relevant authorities. I request to you please contact me through email only because your phone call support system is very poor and not willing to do what customer wants or asks as per my recent experience.

I am providing you authentic/certified documents. Please get it certified from SBI Bank before you are denying it. My Home Branch is SBI Bank, RK Puram Sector-1 Branch, new Delhi Pin-110066. If the amount has not been credited to Amazon account, which were mentioned in bank conformation letter dt.08.07.2025 and screen shot of beneficiary details. Kindly have your same account details certified by your home branch and obtain a written statement from the branch confirming that the amount has not been credited in said accounts, as I have obtained from my home branch. So that can I compelled to escalate this matter to the other relevant authorities
