Text of Complaint by [email protected]:

1. I ordered Hercules Street Rider 26T Single Speed Bicycle Carrier Cycle Road Bike Black, Boys Girls, Ideal for 13+ Years on 17th August 2023 and the expected delivery was 2nd September 2023.

2. I paid Rs. 6400/- on 17th August 2023 through UPI.

3. Expected delivery date was changed between 7th to 9th September 2023 but waited patiently

4. Later I requested a call back from the Amazon executive and they misguided and assured me that the product would arrive by 9th September 2023.

5. Eventually I spoke with the customer executive 4 times but there is no valid response from them.

6. Till 10th September 2023, neither there was any update on the product nor intimation of a refund of my amount.

Now, I need Rs. 10 Lakhs compensation on paying the amount in advance and wasting my patience and time for the same.
