- I bought an iPhone 11 from Amazon India on October 16, 2020. My order number is #407-6187901-4962731.
- The IMIE number printed on the invoice is INCORRECT [it is different from the IMIE number on my iPhone box]. As a result, when I went to the Apple service center to get my phone fixed, they refused me warranty services.
- I need Amazon India to send me the CORRECT invoice. For your reference- the invoice number is IN-DEL5-2017094.
- What Amazon needs to do is- Send me the invoice with the correct IMIE number- 356815112155115. For your reference, the IMIE number on the Amazon invoice is : 356815112209243, which is obviously incorrect.
- Apple India will not fix my phone until Amazon corrects its error. I am left with no access to a mobile phone in the middle of a PANDEMIC. Moreover, I have exams and office work, which I can’t do without a phone.
- I request you to urgently send me the correct invoice on my email address: [Deleted on request]. Please don’t send it on Amazon as I don’t have access to my Amazon ID because I activated mobile phone authentication but no longer have access to my mobile phone.
- I sincerely hope you can address my grievance on an urgent basis because the next step for me unfortunately will be going to a consumer court. I worked extremely hard to earn the money to buy that phone so, I demand that I be given the correct invoice, as deemed by law.
