Text of Complaint by Anushi Gupta:

We were given connection saying that initially we have to pay for 3 months, but now you tell that in future also bill will generate for 3 month

your local executive cheated us by not providing right information and not fulfilling any commitments he made

We even got connection after 3 weeks of delay, we tried to reach airtel, but on calling at your so called customer care 121 number, it doesn’t give option to call to any human being

Just frustated by selecting AIRTEL as opeartor
