- Hi Support,
I have recently ported my number – 9953807055 from Vodafone to Jio Prepaid, but you have abruptly turned off services on my number. I forwarded porting request from Vodafone to JIO. I moved out of Vodafone prepaid on 11/12/2018 and ported in to JIO prepaid on 12/12/2018. After port into JIO, I logged into my online account an recharged my phone. I was working fine until 03/01/2019, and then suddenly without any notification shutdown. There was no notification or message of any kind and no intimation of any kind.When I visited Jio store, they notified me that this number does not exist in their system and there is no data for this. I then visited Vodafone store as well, and they notified that from their end the number was ported by 11/12/2018.I am not able to understand what is going on and why my number is not working, when it was working from 12/12/2018 under jio subscription, then why it is not working now and where did the account went missing when I am able to login into online jio account.I want my service activated right away and compensation for my loss due to non-working of my number or I WOULD REPORT THIS INCIDENT TO TRAI and escalate to highest level of authority.Thanks,Lokesh
