I am using ths vodafone no since 6 yrs and suddenly on oct 18th i didnt gt network so i tried to recharge it showed please enter a valid vodafone no so i mailed vodafone and also called customer service they informed me that my sim is termintaed simple . there was no single notification that my sim is going to be disconnected . i was getting msgs from vodafone abt the rates and all other promotion till 18th oct 2018 and suddenly they say becoz of no usage my sim got disconnected . such a worst service . i am using my sim for OTP purpose only in Dubai . if i was aware that there was low balance in my no i woud have recharged . i am a customer for 6 yrs and this is how they treat u . now they have asked me to walkin to a vodafone store in person or through friends or family submit the documents and equest for a new sim and courier that dulicate sim to dubai to use it . what a process and a great solution. such a big company there have nothing online . all vodafone fault , “Importantly, a consumer whose connection has been deactivated will be given a grace period of 15 days to reactivate their number. Service providers are also directed to inform consumers the terms and conditions regarding the deactivation of inactive SIMs in a transparent manner.
they havent send me one single notification aabt the same and just terminated what a service
