I have been requesting to terminate my broadband services for the past 5 months. I have talked to about 12 people(minimum) regarding the termination. But no one seems to respond properly and my bill is being generated every month without no usage(cos I am not available). I am not ready to pay the pending bills and I want to terminate the service immediately.
