Hello,
I have home loan account in Axis Bank PHR032703009227 since Feb 2018 with MCLR and 0.15% markup for 360 months
Issue1: In October 2022, after repo rate increase by RBI by 0.5% suddenly my ROI was changed from 7.35% to 8.10% i.e.0.7%.
I have made multiple requests/complaints still query is unresolved.
Note I have also contacted nodal officer for resolution.
Issue 2: As of October 2022,
My
EMI 33267 | ROI: 7.35% | Tenure: 180 months (15 years)
ROI was increased from 7.35% to 8.10%
EMI updated to 33267 | ROI: 8.10% | Tenure pending: 196 months (16.3years)
On 03rd November 2022, again updates were made and
My EMI changed to 22966 | ROI: 8.10% | Tenure to 305 months (25.4 years)
I don’t understand how without confirmation from customer bank can directly make changes in tenure.
From 16.3 years to directly 25.4 years.
My initial loan tenure was of 30 years and in past 4years I have made partial payment and had reduced it to below 15 years (179 months)
I have been keenly observing my home loan account as I have done and also plan to do part payment(s) in near future.
But I have problem from such fraudulent activities of bank , where suddenly due to some issue (as said by bank executive) my tenure was increased and EMI ROI was also INCORRECTLY INCREASED these actions have been taken for all customers without their consent.
Even if it’s Bank issue, is Axis Bank going to give any concession to customer for the loss that occurs untill the issue is fixed???

Request you to take disciplinary actions and have proper investigation for Axis Bank home loan dept.
