I have been charged for accessing games from TELESYNC-SOLUTION which i have never requested or activated on my Vi com but Rs. 10 have been deducted from my vodafone account without my concern ever time and whole balance become 0. Whenever I recharge money automatically detecting and balance become 0. I contacted customer care many times and there is resolution on this issue. When I check that on my mobile using USSD caode, getting message from VI that no VAS services activated on my mobile but money detecting every time. I want to file case on company for their fraud.
