I purcahsed a television but no one was contacting to come to install.. The merchant named Capital electronics and appliances ltd was the seller and his staff named Amelandu (Ph-9874163220) also stopped to pick my call. So i requested to return the product since it was of no use as ots not getting installed .
Few days later installation person from videocon came and he found the tool kit was also missing and he told me he will register there that its not there and he told me that you will get toolkit but it can take any number of days and minimum 20 days .
So if i buy a product and its of no use for 1 month minimum and already 17 days has been passed so its of no use for me.
Than i again called Paytm and told whole matter and requested to take product back and refund me the amount but from there side no one is also comming and its been 10 days .
