I subscribed TATASKY broadband (customer ID: C2101614997) on Nov 01, 2020 for 50 MBPS COMBO (broadband with telephone) with 6 months subscription. The NOKIA router has been installed while I was told to call electrician to get cable for telephone to dedicated room. The electrician fixed the cable to connect telephone while he informed that the telephone provider has to fix RJ-11 connector with this cable to connect with the router. MTNL or BSNL provides a connector box connecting the phone line and providing a socket for connecting the telephone.

While I contacted customer care with TATASKY, I was given a complain number C-1418746 while I was told that TATASKY won’t provide connector for router as it is the electrician has to do. I registered my complaint with the appellate authority on Nov 04, 2020 who was supposed to resolve within 3 working days while I found that the original complain was removed and nobody contacted. I registered complain again on TATASKY web portal vide #C-1436718 on Nov 09, 202 while nobody contacted.

The telephone has to provide connectivity and it is the network people who provides connector crimping and there after testing of the crimped connector. The local electrician does not have any crimping tool and crimping testing tool.

Therefore, it is a flaw in the sells where TATASKY has sold a product without testing the user telephone instrument for telephone connection.  TATASKY has sold a service product where they are actually not providing the service.

This is a very small issue which could be resolved within 5 minutes. I request to kindly consider and resolve the issue.
