I am a regular user of Vodafone number 9748986353. Due to unforeseen circumstances and financial issues, my bill got overdue, against which I paid 1500 on 3rd Feb 2023. I have communicated numerous times to telemarketing collection executives but they are making unnecessary harassments, which by TRAI act, to my knowledge is not at all welcoming. Collection numbers are +919804215424, +919874567099…please take necessary action. Being a regular and tenured user for more than 5 years, this is absolutely nonsensical behaviour and is making the image of the company sour.
