I got information on telegram that mobile,laptops are get in cheap rates..so i msg one carder named @D3VIL_CARDER.he told me pay advance 1000 and then he share tracking details link which is completely fraud.and then told me to pay 4000 rs.i paid both transaction of rupees 5000.and then he block me.his channel on telegram is carding universe and MRS CARDER.
