I contacted several customer care representatives several times regarding the complaint.
See everyone was of same view and some person naming Jayanta Bhagat proudly informed me that this company is robbing its customers in the same way and advised me to move to any of the available telecommunication companies – Jio/Vi whichever I prefer and also informed that the company is not going to help me out in this regard as it prefers to rob its customers in the same way.
