Its been a month many sim cards outgoing and incoming calls have been stopped but no one bothers as it only affects rural people who uses phone for incoming calls. And our great consumer court is like dead body not answering to customer complaints. This is sad. where do village people should go and complaint about it? they hardly get money to survive in that this the new headache has been started. Is anybody there to look upon this and get the solution in right way?
