Complaint regarding technician.
Ref my subscriber no 1420102582
I made complaint 3 times on 27 Jul 2021 to send the technician. However no one has addressed my problem. Every time they ask details of my mob no, address, problem, and follow their technical procedure. But nothing has worked. Technicians don’t speak properly. All giving excuses to not to come. After 7 hours of my first complaint no action has been taken. Somebody is asking OTP also. Not understood this rocket science.
Very poot technical support in Kanpur.
