Text of Complaint by Jagadish:

I ordered a infinix laptop in Flipkart it was delivered on 6/8/23 Sunday . It was defective product. so I placed a return request. They told that there will be a technician visit after they diagnosed and check only after there will be a replacement . It bee more than a week till now technician not assigned. I asked customer care no proper information .i paid for the product .now I have a defective laptop for more than a week without using.
