Hello Team,
I was supposed to travel by Tapovan train on 13th Feb 2016 which was delayed for more than 5hr 15 mins from Nashik to thane.
I tried filling and calling the customer care they said that since train is delayed we should be filing TDR after scheduled time and before actual departure. Since i was unable tp file TDR on their website due to their technical glitch, i has send an email stating the same to etickets before actual departure. till now my TDR has not filed and i am simply sending emails and chasing their customer care.
