have Booked 2 Ticket from NDLS to CDG Dated 5th Jan, 2020 as PNR Number 8801700911 . As train was 3 hrs late I have filled the TDR & not travelled.
Now after 1 month my TDR status Shows as Repudiated with Reason as Passanger has traveled but I have Not travelled then how railway showing That I have travelled.
When Speak with IRCTC Customer Care executive they don’t know how to Speak with Customers and give incomplete information.
