My train was late by 14 hours and I didnt boarded the train and filed TDR as per rules if the train is late by more than 3-4 hours . My claim was rejected with the reason that I boarded the train. I have proof that I was traveling by different train (tejas) from patna instead of the train ndls to njp express which was late and reached hajipur at night.
