I have booked the e-ticket having PNR Number – 4647259043 to travel by Train Number – 12625 (Kerala Express)
Train Number – 12625 reached my boarding station in Nagpur 7.51 hours late.
As the train was running late so I filed TDR for “Train was late more than 3 hours and passengers not traveled”.
Booked Indigo flight air ticket to meet the scheduled journey plan.
I have submitted the complaint to care@irctc.co.in and did follow-up with Indian railway. Every time they are giving different reasons and rejecting the TDR request for PNR No. 4647259043
So I request you to kindly help me in getting the full refund for the ticket having PNR Number – 4647259043
