I booked ticket for Delhi from Lucknow (pnr 6521712628) (train number – 04091). I filled TDR because the train was late more than 3 hours . After 90 days I asked the IRCTC Customer Service Center about my TDR request and they have assured that money will be refunded soon. After a few days, I again send an email to IRCTC Care on 3/03/2016, they responded to me that they had already sent the TDR complaint to the concerned Regional Railway Office on 18/11/2018. After that I send several emails and I also call them, they said that your money will be refunded. On 29/05/2016, he emailed me that my request has been rejected by the Chief Commercial Manager / Refund Kolkata Zone, as CLAIMS may not be available as an OLD record finally. Sir, I want to know that after about 6 months later, they are saying that they do not have records, although they received a request from the IRCTC on 18/11/2018 and did not process my request on time ( TDR process time : 60 to 90 days). It is not fair, sir, why should I suffer for their negligence. This is just an issue, there may be many more
