This is for your kind information I have booked my ticket in train no -18014 (3 rd AC)for my journey on 20 th September 2022 with my family.
But due to KURMI STRIKE my train was abonormally late and I have spent whole night at Adra Railway station with my family. The train schedule departure time was 10:50 p.m.
Finally I filed TDR at 05:10 a.m on 21 st morning and booked e-ticket in another train on 21 st morning. t
The reason for TDR I have given train late more than 3 hrs and due to that I have not travelled in train no–18014.
But till date no refund generated from your side. It is more than 180days from my TDR file date. Please do needful as early as possible. In attachment I have the train running status of that date. PNR given below too..
