Sir,i travelled by train 17480 , vide PNR no. 4150993670, on 10 july23 from Vijayawada to Puri .train schedule departure from puri was at 1830 hrs and I’ve 1540 hrs as train was late connecting train was missing so I filed tdr but got rejected.stating reason ticket not surrendered upto 4 hr before departure.whereas I’ve already done this at 1540 hrs of same day.
Later on I tried again to file tdr within 4 hr of departure but application had shown me that I’ve already filed TDR. So it’s not my fault bcz irctc app didn’t allow me to do.
