TCNS a shopping portal didn’t make any attempt to pick up my order and closed the ticket stating request cancelled and denied to get my product picked up and asked me to self ship the product without a phone number of the ware house and the product was returned back as they couldn’t deliver the product and with no help of the shopping portal customer service which gave me a lot of mental stress for the last one month with no customer support provided even after multiple calls to the customer care service . They only say we can’t help u get the product picked up .
