I have purchased TCL brand 65 Inch TV on 17th August 2019, which is under warranty till 17th August 2022. I have raised a complaint through TCL Customer Support on 3rd June 2022. On 22nd June TCL Cusotmer Support said “No Spare parts available, so we requested for TV replacement”. Till date there is no proper response from TCL India Customer Support via call or email. I have been asking them via Email or Call for Company policies on replacement products/if no product available then what is the alternative to customer? There aren’t even answering about the company policies or even not giving any approximate date to get the replacement TV. Its been nearly 90 days i made a complaint to TCL Customer Support. I don’t know where else i can fight for this issue. Kindly do the needful.
