Tata sky hi my subscriber id – 1217996337,
I respect the decision by govt about providing customer to pay their interested channels. I would like to complain about the process of migration is completely done without awareness of a customer or subscriber.
I have called tatasky in the month of dec’18, as my subscription month is ending i tried to migrate the plan in dec only. But tatasky informed me that still there is no update with them and informed that tatasky team would contact their customer about such migration process. I have also requested them to call me they agreed for the same.
On feb 28th we have recharged with amount around 220 as our regular recharge. On 3rd of march without any intimation they have migrated to a basic pack which is not of my choice. I want all my channels as per the agreement. Trai has no where mentioned that tatasky or other dth operators can change the subscription without customer consent.
Now if i modify the pack it is charging me around 450 rs for the additional channels which i use to get in my previous pack.
I have called tatasky multiple times to explain my issue they are not ready to provide any resolution to the customer. They are trying to convince me but. Who is going to pay for additional channels and i am being charged for additional 400 rs which i am not ready to pay
If i pay additional do you gurantee me about there will be no advertisements for the channels of my choice
