Sir, from the month of OCTOBER 2019 Tatasky is unable to broadcast all TELUGU CHANNELS even after paying for it. Several complaints lodged through Customer care and mails. The problem is for all connections in DIBRUGARH Dist of ASSAM. Tatasky is unable to resolve it and local Service center says it’s an Satellite issue. Neither they r broadcasting channels nor refunding the whole amount while returning/ cancelling of connection. Pls lookinto the issue.
