Last 3 months my set top box not responding to remote signal at specific time(7 pm to 10pm) every day. Raised service request and paid for their service visit(175rs). Technician visited and claimed box need to be replaced. Agreed and replaced new set top box and paid for new box(350 rs). After couple of days of replacement same issue occurred (set top box not responding to remote at specific time). Again raised a complaint and technician came again and said need to check the box. Agreed for two days of test. After two days technician said we don’t see any issue with this box and your case is peculiar and we don’t have any solution for that and closed the ticket. I showed them the recording of set top box behaviour and still they dint believed and said can’t help much and tried to promote HD box to me. I said is that mean new SD box you guys installed is not of good quality? I am happy to purchase HD box but who is responsible if same issue occurs and frustration I undergo now?
Now i am in total loss of this useless box(350rs) and useless technician visit(175) frustrated with pathetic service.
I have been a loyal customer of tatasky for last 12 years and this is the service you provide to your customer. This shows the quality of products tatasky recommend and knowledge of tatasky technicians. Infact I feel its a new business tactics to increase product sales. I will never use and recommend tatasky products to any one going forward. Feeling cheated!!
