Subject: Tatasky ID 1132250067 – Reference amount not credited regarding not credited
Sir/ Madam,
With reference to the above ID i have refered new connection, new connection ID is 1329895203. Connection given on 6/7/19.
Referred amount Rs.300/- not yet credited in my account, regarding this problem i have raised request on 13/7/19 request ID is 1KCPCFNN.
Today i received a call, without giving proper solution simply closed my issue.
In this i request concern officer to take action and credit Rs.300/- to my account.
Please Note : Both connections comes under my contact number 9941206655.
At the time of connection customer service person informed definately it will be credited into your account.
