My tatasky connection was going down even now and then without any bad weather. I tweeted them and they assured of helping me out. But nothing happened.
Then i tweeted again, but it was of no use.
I googled the issue and found that the problem was because of their upgradation process.
So, this time I called their service center. The guy on the call asked me to follow some steps. I did. Now the set top box is in master reset window and nothing is happening. He then asked me to book a complaint told that i will be charged 100 for the visit. I argued. My argument was if the problem is from their end, why should I pay? If there was any other issue, then I am happy to pay. The call center guy disconnected the call. I have the recording.
Next i again tweeted them. They said they have raised a service request and some one will call. Its third day now.
Its mental harassment. They are showing their Monopoly. I don’t know what to do? They are not doing anything.
