Respected Sir / Madam,

I am customer of Tatasky since a long period under ID: 1118306925.

On 13/10/2019 around 8.45 am while watching disconnected due to non- recharge of Rs.308/-. Immediately  between (9.0 – 9.15am) I have recharged through Google Pay a sum of Rs.308/- and debitted to my SBI savings bank account.  waited for some time and called  tatasky customer care (18002086633) and informed about recharge – customer care executive asked me to wait for 10-15 minutes for updating and activation. After one hour not activated — contacted again and requested to activation. But, they informed that the recharged amount of Rs.308/- not credited to Tatasky account.

Immediately I have called Google Customer Care and our SBI Bank customer care nos. and noted that already credited Tata Sky.com  account (rs.308/-).

Again I called Tatasky customer care and requested to re-check and activate immediately.

The Customer Care Executive informed me that it may take 1-3 days time for checking — till then they have allowed a credit of Rs.52/- for three days upto 17.10.19, this may be deducted after verification/rectification through my account.

But, today I recd., a call from (040-71124500) tata sky, Hyderabad — informed me that not possible to check/verify at their side and asked me to recharge of Rs.292/-immediately, otherwise going to de-activate today night.(17.10.19).

As I have provided complete payment details and requested several times to verify and credit to my account of Rs.308/-. But they have refused to do so.

I humbly request the concerned to look into it and help me in this regard.
