Dear sir or madam
I would like to bring to your attention my Tatasky box was damaged by technicain and he took the box on April 07, 2020 and brought same box after 7 days stating that he will get new box next day and never showed up and lodged about 10 complaints in Chat help, every time they are informing me that it is forwarded to concerned team but nonthing happened as of today.
Further, every month they are deducting opx Rs.400 per month towards channel viewing charges though the box is defective form April 07,2020.
I shall greatly appreciate if you could take action on the company for the false promises and for the inconviennce caused to me though i have been using past 10 years.
more over, the technicains are demanding Rs.1500 for restoring the services.
I pray for jusctice.
