Greetings for the day!
Have done the payment for the New connection and haven’t heard back from Tatasky DTH team yet with any of the information such as subscription ID or regarding the connection. (Its stated in Tatasky- website, connection will be done within 24 hours)
have spoken to the Bangalore Department – Vishnu (Lead/Manager). He informed us to send an e-mail. Service request no-2EHQXXJ7
Its almost 2 days over. kindly look into this issue
