I have paid advance prepaid amount of Tatasky Broadband for 6 months from 18th December 2019 to 15th June 2020 of 4995 Rupees and I am using data of just 11 days till 29th December 2019 .
Now I want to relocate to new location in same city but as there is no service of tatasky in that region so i will not be able to use the broadband services.So I requested to refund my balance amount but customer support is rejecting my offer
Even I asked representative to pause my plan and once the service is available in my area I am ready to start the service from the point i stopped still customer service representative is denying
And they are not giving any solution for this scenario at-all
Its very bad service which company is giving
