Hi,

I recharged TataSky with 6 months advance payment for required channels.

TataSky blocked multiple channels from my subscribed pack, out of that 3 Sony channels I used to view regularly.

TataSky did NOT informed or sent out Notification. They just BLOCKED the service from 1st Oct.2018.

TataSky looted me promising to show channels for specific time frame against 6 months of advance payment and blocked the service till date.

I demand free package renewal for 6 months as a compensation against their cheat. TataSky offering channel price reembessment which is a joke. The reembessment amonut is so low that I can’t even subscribe a single channel for even 1 hour.

I hope consumer forum help and present my complaint to rightful authorities for the sake of Justice.
