My Account No./Tata Sky Subscription ID -1196592883 – Name- Ritu Raj (Lucknow-UP)
I am using the TATASKY for a long time & regularly recharge my HD subscription. On 20th April 2019 , I have got a call from your tele marketing representative and as per him being a loyal/premium customer he offered me a new launch service of TATA Binge device for my use with mentioning the charge of 249/- per month (appx Rs. 8/- Per day)
After the confirmation call from my side , on a very next day (21st April 2019) the guy Mr. Himanshu (Mb-6387203832).Has visited my home at appx 9:30 night to installed the Binge. At that time it was functioning properly, but from next day it start creating a problem (Network Issue) I again call the person & he confirm to visit home to re-check the device. But he never visited my house , I tried to call regularly but he not taking my call.
After this I have contact your local support office ph no 0522-4040914 (Goel Enterprise ASC of TATA SKY) on 25th April 2019 to get the problem resolved & they assured that Himanshu will visit today appx 2:00 pm in afternoon for sure, but again he not attended my call & not visited my place.
I again call the person for visit my place to resolve my problem but he refuse whole day to take my call. I still suffering the problem & no body of your support team has bothered to response on my calls.
Almost 11 days has passed of your subscription and as per my calculation may be appx Rs. 70/- dues are already generated in my account. I assure you that I will not pay any amount for last 9days for not using the Binge due to not working device & not attending the service call.
Hence would request you to plz look in to the mater & resolve my problem ASAP.
