My setup box is not getting the power, So I complaint the tataplay to check that one, in that call I clearly told don’t change the setup box if it is chargable. Technican came to my house and changed the setup box and he did not intimated for any charges. I recharged 100rs due to pack validaity then I called customer care they told money is deducted for box and card and they told it is solved in 24 housrs now it is 3 days. I and my family missed the enterteaint because of there fault. I want taken action against them. Please add fine arround 20000 to them due to my family missed the entertrainment. I have all the records with I talk to customer care
