Text of Complaint by Rijuma Talukdar:

I am customer of tataplay…My tataplay subscriber id is 1045305099..I have taken the “Hindi tv Hd Binge Netflix combo “ pack from tataplay..every month I paid full payment for tataplay service..this month they also deducted money from my account but they deactivated the Netflix service and make it on hold since four days,i could not see any of programs of Netflix on tataplay…but they already deducted money from my account …I complained from 12 june to 15 june many times at tataplay customer care but they don’t do anything about it..but they deducted the money for Netflix service..I also send them emails but my problem was not solved yet..
