Hi
i have requested for a HDMI cable through TATAPlay customer care(24 Sept, 2022), but instead along with delivering the cable, technical person made changes on TATAPlay Pack and added TataPlay Binge 59.00 monthly plan, without asking or taking approval, understand about the same changes once checked the SMS.
then tried to cancel this plan by downloading(forcing someone to download an APP even don’t want means) the app, and called their customer care, then told me that they can’t reverse the onetime charge 59 charged on my account.
What kind of scam this TataPlay company doing, first activating a plan without customer approval, then taking onetime fee without refund, then forcing customer to download APP(even google play store count, and show it as popularity of the app) to cancel the plan.
Serious question here, how many customers are already cheated by TataPlay and even now paying monthly subscription fee for channel not subscribed.
