Text of Complaint by Shamsunder Rupani:

WE ARE HAVING 1+1 SET OF BOX AND have subscribed to 1 year LDP Flexi Plan wherein you get 1 month free. It is valid till 8th Aug’22. WE HAD SWIITCHED THE BOX FROM SECONDARY TO PRIMARY on 9th Jan22. After confirming with TataPlay Helpline that NO CHANGE HAPPEN IN SUBSCRIPTION PLAN AND THE SAME SHALL BE RE-INSTATED AFTER SWITCH…JUST CALL HEKP LINE NUMBER AND THEY SHALL ACTIVATE OR RESTART THE SAME. NOW STILL THAN WE re following it up BUT NO CHANNELS ARE SHOWING IN BOTH THE TV.. ALL THE TIME KEEP INFORMING TECHNICAL TEAM SHALL CALL..NO ONE CALLS.
