Text of Complaint by Deborah Ann Fernandes:

I paid the yearly subscription on 22/4/2019 to avail the special offer of one month free viewing. I get a msg then a call asking me to pay 2800 further.

When I asked them why they said that the tariff for the channels has increased. So I said that the tariff has changed after 22/4/2019 and the new tariff will be applicable to me when I renew my package.

So the customer is the loser because the service provider earns interest on the 12K plus asking me to pay this additional amount even before I can avail the 12 month period that I have paid for.

Even the bank’s have a policy and when certain amount has been locked for a period of one year the interest rate is fixed and the drop or increase in the interest rate will not be applicable to me.

so there is no transparency and the service provider should have a live physical office in each city or town. As in goa , Panaji there is a board but the office is permanently shutter down
