Sachin – TataSky Installer visited my building on 5th Sep to correct Tata Sky for D404, Mahavir Darpan and disconnected my connect @ D304
I complained about this unprofessional attitude and intentional damage/disconnect done to my connection.
He visited back on the same date and corrected my connection, which he only disconnected
For the above incident and services, which I had not requested, My account has been debited Rs. 150 without any fault of me. This is quite ridiculous, unprofessional, and moreover cheating.
After debiting, My account went in negative and hence was deactivated. I was not able to view channels for 3 days.
I raised 3-4 complaints in this matter and each the time I was told I will receive a call from the back end team but all complaints were closed without resolution
Such activities do not suit the Tata Sky brand, which we have trusted for years.
Please arrange reversal of wrongly charged amount of Rs, 150 and confirmImage Uploaded by alok bordia:
