Complaint was raised with Tata sky customer care team on 26th june for account id 1005679657. After getting so many assurances of technical visit the technician visited on 28th June and after assessing all the issues and checking the umbrella and connections, came to a solution and asked to wait for couple of hours to get the Super LNB and then he will get this repaired.
However after repeated calls to Vikash Sharma (Technician) he didn’t visited and stopped taking calls. I raised multiple complaints thru customer care however no one is able to address the issue and arrange a technical visit with Super LNB and since 28th the TV is not working.
On 30th again I raised another complaint however no one has addressed this so far. Need a fair and fast solution related to the issue and their services.
