Dear Sir,
I have two Tata Sky connection being 1066898170 & 1275775367.
I registered a complaint against 1066898170 for not reviving signal on 06 Aug;19 and their technician came the next day.
While fixing the 1066898170 they took unauthorized access to the other Tata sky connection (1275775367) and changed it digicard to receive some code. After that Tata sky set up box(1275775367) not working.
I registered complaint Via Tata sky customer care phone number but they said,” I have to pay for new set up box”.
My complain is my box was working normally and they tampered it unauthorized and broke it then why should i pay the cost ?
Please help in this regard.
