I am Rajnish Kumar (Mobile no. 9818687636) having Tata Sky Subscriber 1297283366 and have applied one more connection On 12-05 -2019, I have paid INR 100 /- for the wire at the time of installation but still they have charged again on my bills and somehow got to know that it was duplicate charged when I have already paid my all payment which is making me so embarrassing of getting cheated from TATA Sky and which also remind me of when I have first taken TATA sky connection and asked for INR 300 /- for wire and later made all my payment.
Now when I have given a complaint on it they are simply saying sorry on it and refunding 100 /- only and are clearly refusing to give INR 300 /- as they don’t have record after 6 month.
Is that my issue that you don’t have record for it and company like TATA feels Faud and cheating a small issue.
Now sending message that we are trying to call you regarding your complaint and try again for which they are already spoken to me and have no solution for it.
DO NOT ADVERTISE YOUR BOGUS CLAIM OF FAULT RECTIFICATION WITHIN 24 HRS.
DO NOT HARASS SUBSCRIBERS LIKE THIS.
If suitable action not taken against the technician,I will be compelled to close down your services.
